Our Thermalist Experience is an introduction into how the Thermalist approach works and the protocol used. This is the foundation from which you can build your personal experience. These sessions can also be used by those who have already done the Workshop and wish to recap and build their knowledge and experience.
The Thermalist Workshop is a full day event where you will learn the science behind the Thermalist approach and Soberg Principle. We will teach you about the physiological responses to thermal stress. You will practice some simple breathing exercises to use in everyday life situations and we will have a practical session of the Soberg Principle in the sauna and sea. A fun and exciting workshop for you to learn how and WHY sauna and cold therapy should be part of all our lives.
