Winter Location Swims

Service Description

Fun monthly swims in different locations around the Jurassic Coast. All abilities are welcome*, wetsuits or skins, these swims are about enjoying all that the sea has to offer during the winter months, among a group of like minded people and under the supervision of open water swimming coaches and lifeguards. Distances will vary according to group abilities and the sea temperature. All sessions will include a safety briefing before swimming or dipping followed by hot chocolate and cake and a short walk to warm up afterwards. Locations could include Durdle Door, Chapmans Pool, Worbarrow Bay, Dancing Ledge, Ringstead Bay, Church Ope Cove. We may also do a beach sauna and swim at Studland if the weather is particularly inclement. * Providing you are a regular sea swimmer or have attended coaching/safety course with us this year.
